How many carbs per day for weight training to lose belly fat?

Posted on 28 February 2010 by Admin

Chris questioned:
I’m confused. When bodybuilding, you should have lots of carbs since building muscles require a lot of energy (more than 40 g of carbs). Muscles lose stout and has fantastic metabolic rate than stout. But, people suggest low carb diet in order to lose stout which contradicts weight training. What’s going on? How many carbs is needed to lose stout when you do weight training?

How do I lose 10lbs of fat and gain 10lbs of muscle in 10 weeks?

Posted on 18 February 2010 by Admin

adamskiPOL questioned:
I have read that its very hard to lose stout while simultaneously putting on muscle, but it is still possible. Would it be possible to lose 10 pounds of stout and place on 10 pounds of muscle in 10 weeks?

If so, how would I go about doing this?

If not, what is an achievable goal I could aim for? Lose 5lbs of stout and place on 5lbs of muscle in 10 weeks?

lose fat?

Posted on 14 February 2010 by Admin

Jared K. questioned:
does anyone know a excellent workout plot for a 13 year ancient guy to lose stout from the belly, sides of belly, and legs. i would also like a excellent diet with mixed days(some days meat and some days no meat). maybe a range of timings too because i heard to eat smaller meals and more meals. PLEASE HELP! I want to be skinny by next year or ASAP PLEASE!
i saw this somewhere in yahoo answers and am wondering if it really works:

“here is a way to lose tummy stout,,its cheap and simple,,and safe,,
try this,,my wife and a friend of hers do this and they lose the belly area quick—but u need to walk or jog,,,take plastic food wrap,,wrap around ur belly,,about 2 to 3 x”s…not tight,,let ur blood flow…then walk for about an hour 3x’s a week..
When u take the plastic wrap off,,,sweat will boil out of ur skin,,do this 3 x s,,then weigh ur self,,my wife pants are not tight on her stomach and they fit loose now.Excellent luck
and drink plenty of water”

How much cardio is needed to lose fat and gain muscle?

Posted on 09 February 2010 by Admin

Chris questioned:
My BMI is 25. So to gain muscle and lose stout (I want to be at BMI range 18.5-24.9 ), how much cardio should I ideally do and for how long? I usually do 10 min of jogging, but I’m not sure if this will affect gaining muscle or losing stout.
So I do weigtlifting to gain muscle and cardio (for about 10) to lose stout.

What is the best way to lose my belly fat and love handles?

Posted on 07 February 2010 by Admin

Karlieeeee questioned:
Everytime I do any cardio, I just lose stout from other places instead of my stomach or like handles. I am certainly not stout, I just have stout in those spots and I am worried to skip cardio and just tone them, becuase I do not want the muscle to grow under the stout. I want a flatttt stomach.

I am a relatively Huge structured guy, and i have enough muscle to look like a horse but instead i look like a hippo lol, huge and strong but has way to much stout! I have enough muscle for right now but i want to focus on getting cut-up and not gain muscle mass with it!
