    yeah i gotta start doing more of that cardio when i start hitting the gym guy, used to be a mlb in highschool and was a monster but never got rid of the stout just layered muscle over it…now im out of highschool gotta get my beast on haha

    light weights and more reps for girls. Less reps heavier weight means more bulk. light weights lots of reps and cardio is what you need.
