crystal questioned:
I don’t really have a problem getting my lower stomach into shape, but I can’t lose the stout from the section right above my belly button. What kind of specific exercises can be used to get rid of that? I already do lots and lots of sit-ups/crunches (both with my legs in the air and on the ground) but I can’t seem to get rid of that!

Any thoughts?

a common misconception is that you can choose where stout is lost at.
in all truth, exercise and your body loses stout as it needs to. your best bet is to just stay very active and do cardio to help your heart

Do a “on the ball” routine . Worked wonders for me after 3 kids.

Diet Diet!! You can not spot reduce stout, except for lipo ( which I do not recommend ).
You need to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Eat some protein with each meal! Cut out all refined sugar!!! Then exercise regularly 4-5 days a week. Do both cardio and lifting. But on days that you do both. Do lifting before your cardio and you will maximize your stout burn.
So Example :
Monday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Tuesday – 1 hour lifting
Wednesday – Rest
Thrusday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
Friday – 1 hour lifting
Saturday – Rest
Sunday – 30 mins lifting then 1 hr cardio
