    Challenge yourself on a daily basis. Forget just about looking fantastic at the beach, most people are eating and living an unhealthy lifestyle, do it for your own personal health and well-being. Exercise 30 minutes a day whether it is weightlifting, a quick run or even some pushups and situps. It WILL make a significant difference in the long run. Mostly be pleased with who you are. lifes too small to obsess over your image.

A very simple rule is to eat smaller parts. No miracle plot will work for everyone.

    Bottom line to losing weight is to burn more calories than you take in. Exercising more will simply make you more fit, reducing your calorie intake day by day in small increments will make a significant impact over a large period of time. It is both unsafe and unhealthy to lose such a large amount of weight over such a small period of time. Most the weight will be water and you will gain it back just as quickly.

    Buy some rope and head down to a park with a playground and tie it on the pull-up bars they always have around there for the small kids. Or, you could do what I do. Find something comfortable to hang on. Grab it and start working out. Pulling your legs up and such.

    Do 1 hour of ab exercises every 3 days. Make sure you’re feeling the burn. If you’re not then make sure you’re using the right techniques and apply yourself more.
