* Standing leg curl – You can make use of the gym that will enable you to perform this exercise so that you can add some resistance while you do this. Ankle weights are also ideal.
* Excellent morning – This exercise can also be done in several repetitions.

Hip Adductors Exercises:

* Leg Lifting – Repeat this exercise for at least 10 times on each side
* Standing Hip Adduction – The same repetition can be done as long as you are consistent on each side.

What is the best way to lose fat while still doing muscle building?

I have been taking a weight training class(muscle building) but I wanted to also know the best way to lose some body stout other than diets. Any exercises would work. I also wanted to know if when building muscle over stout, you just get larger? I have gained about 8lbs of muscle in a small while and I just look larger, not more fit. Any help would be appreciated.

How to lose fat around the waist and thighs?

I have inner thigh stout and…. I’m trying to lose a bit of weight around the waist. I have a jelly belly, a belly pouch, whatever you wanna call it, I wanna lose it! I’m aiming for a flat stomach so i can get my belly pierced. Any suggestions? Like exercises and such. (besides sit-ups lol :P ) Oh yeah and I’m a teen.
