The best option is to plot time each day for your workout and stick to your schedule, but, with today’s busy lifestyle that isn’t always possible so if you miss a workout go simple on yourself and just make an effort to be more active in everything you do.
Also, keep in mind that you don’t need to do arm exercises to lose arm stout. Any exercise that you do that will help to lower your overall body stout percentage will also get rid of the stout on your arms. Any arm work that you do will just help to build your arm muscles and give them more of a toned look when the stout goes away.
Diet
When it comes to how you can lose stout on your arms, skip “fad” diets or “crash” diets that promise you will lose weight overnight. Let’s face it – these types of diets just don’t work. Not only that, but they can really make it harder for you to lose stout (and thus lose your arm stout) by slowing down your metabolism.
