I’m confused. When bodybuilding, you should have lots of carbs since building muscles require a lot of energy (more than 40 g of carbs). Muscles lose stout and has fantastic metabolic rate than stout. But, people suggest low carb diet in order to lose stout which contradicts weight training. What’s going on? How many carbs is needed to lose stout when you do weight training?

Okay well I feel like a stout mumbo jumbo, when around my size 1 and 0 friends. I am a size 5 and nearly to a 3. But I want to lose the stout in my stomach area so, come January it looks really excellent. I know it is gonna be hard, but I play soccer and soon soccer and basketball.
