does anyone know a excellent workout plot for a 13 year ancient guy to lose stout from the belly, sides of belly, and legs. i would also like a excellent diet with mixed days(some days meat and some days no meat). maybe a range of timings too because i heard to eat smaller meals and more meals. PLEASE HELP! I want to be skinny by next year or ASAP PLEASE!
